All buyers are encouraged to do their own due-diligence while making decisions on purchasing a particular business.

We instruct our sellers to offer an exclusive 7-14 days due-diligence period for any buyers submitting a LOI (Letter Of Intent). In this period, you will be expected to investigate the business thoroughly including its revenue, revenue sources, traffic numbers, traffic sources, paid advertisements, payment records, bank statements etc.

All deals are secured via payments made through escrow.com

Buyers can pay with the following methods:

It depends upon the size of the website and assets that come along with it. Once payment is secured at escrow.com, the seller usually initiates the transfer process.

The migration and transfer process is usually expected to be completed within next 3 to 7  days.

Sometimes, transfer duration may differ depending on the seller’s current domain registrar and the domain registrar that buyer wants to use.
